2011 Lease Rates and Residual

For those of you who recently signed a lease, what money factor and residual did you get?

The lowest rates I saw were on leasecompare.com at 0.00224 and curious how much BMWFS is charging. I'm looking at the usual 3 yr/36k mile lease.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think that BMWFS has any programs that include MY2011 yet. The best guess is a continuation of the MY2010 rates.

My SA tells me to expect the same money factors but better residuals. Hoping to order next month for late May delivery.

THat residual doesn't look any better to me than what is already on the 2010's.... Is that a 15K miles residual?
