anyone good in Mercedes-Benz?

Hello,

I'm in Toronto and I'm looking for cars for my friend.
He wants to buy a MB c300 4matic and we searched on
autotrader.

We found tons of c300s and we realized that the most
of them came from U.S.

As far I know, US MBs do not have international warranty
so we have to buy Canadian one or transfer the US warranty
to Canadian for several thousands dollors. (it's weird)

So many used car dealers (who has US cars) suggest him
buy 3rd party warranty, but I'm not sure if it's safe enough.
Please help!

And one more question, is there sports / premium pkgs
in c300s just like bmw 3 series?
