Is it still in near new shape or is it a little beat up? Sounds like your shipping from overseas, would it be free to San Diego and how long would it take? I've shipped overseas before and it takes forever usually..i don't want spring to be here when it arrives haha

It's in decent shape. I wouldn't sell it if it wasn't. It takes ~1 week shipping USPS priority.

No, no lock & no cable. Just the cover that was never used outdoors & the bag.
