Weird. I see no mention of a BBK. Are you really still using those glorified sliding calipers on a race car? And how did you fix the powersteering overheat issue?

GLWS. I would post it up on the NASA forums and on racingjunk.com (officially linked site for Nasa). Car looks great - but price does seem pretty aggressive at first glance. Are you including a cool-suit system, spares or other things not listed?

up close pics in the libraray looks like stock calipers and nothing for the power steering.

Yes it still has the stock brakes. When i built the car the SCCA did not allow alternate brakes. They just changed the rules. Without the a/c in the car, I ran it a little low on power steering fluid. The power steering did not overheat.

The price is completely negotiable. There is not much on the market to compare it to. I have a lot more than that in the car.

What does removing the AC have to do with it? And how do you know the PS fluid doesn't overheat? It probably is just low enough that when it expands it still doesn't overflow. It's probably just below the minimum allowable level. In my car that is the point at which the PS stops overflowing out of the hole and messing up the engine bay on the track. Nevertheless, it may be shortening the life of the PS pump and steering system, especially on a race car which will be running hot and beaten on the whole time. I think a PS cooler upgrade is necessary for any M3 driven on a track. I hope to get mine done this summer.

The seller didn't post to have his build critiqued. He listed the upgrades, and is looking for a purchaser. Any critique can be done one on one with seller in negotiation of the price.

Do you have the dyno numbers for that 100 octane tune?

I have not had it on the dyno. The DME tune was done by Fall-Line on one of their M3 race cars.

What a shame to see you have to part with this car. Looks like a lot of money was put into her. If you ever plan on parting her out, I'd be interest in your AIM setup.

Agreed. I give the user the benefit of the doubt as he/she is a very new forum member and a lot of the times they do that.

Bump for a nice car. GLWS!

All pm's have been replied to.

Yes, I will consider partial trades.

Thank you all for the feedback and interest. This is an amazing "brand new" car that will make a great track day or wheel to wheel race car.

Pictures have been updated after decals were removed. If it stops raining, I will take some outside.

I am motivated to sell and will consider all reasonable offers. This is the perfect car for the serious track enthusiast.

Thanks again for the OEM 18" wheels. Good luck with the sale! She's a beauty.
