Help - Light System Failure Warning after battery replaced

I thought I was doing myself by replacing the battery myself. But of course now things are f'up.

Battery has same spec, i registered the battery, car can start but won't move due to a "lighting system failure" warning. Electric windows don't work either.

Radio, front head lights go on etc... it just seems that the lighting system failure is preventing the car from operating properly.

Thoughts?

Unplug the battery for about 30 minutes and see if that helps.

I disconnected the battery, checked all the cables and reinstalled and still no change, light system failure fault (car up on jacks indicator)

I will disconnect the battery and let it sit for longer.

Getting worried now... Is there a common controller module for windows, side, interior and rear lights?

Old battery re-installed, all glove box fuses checked and I still get the following:

- Lighting System Failure (Car up on Jacks symbol)
- No interior lights work apart from glove box and trunk
- No rear or side lights or halos
- Front lights, radio, seats dash etc work ok
- Engine starts fine

My only thought is I had the battery disconnected for 1.5hrs during the first install and its cleared some module settings.

Any other fuses I should check?

If all the fuses and connections are ok (grounds, etc..) it's likely a faulty footwell module.

Thanks Mike,
Any other fuses I should check apart from the glovebox fuses?
Does the footwell module control the electric windows and side mirrors also?
Last question would it do any harm to unplug and plug the module back in?
