Thumbs up New 305/25-20 from Nitto INVO

We have been an avid surpporter of Nitto for a while now.
Great tires at great prices.
For the 11.0" wide rear wheels on the M3, it has been lacking the 305/25-20 size for a long time. Not anymore!

They just released the 305/25-20 and this can be used on the 11.0" wide rears, like the New VR.G2!

thought I'd let you all know of some of the options available on the market right now!

thanks

That's a HUGE tire.

How's the circumference compare to stock?

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

With a 25 aspect ratio vs. a 35 on the stock 19, you're looking at a 76mm sidewall vs. 93mm on stock 265/35. That's about 3/4" shorter sidewall which helps compensate for the 20, and you can surmise it is approximately 1/4" taller than the stock 19.

according to Nitto Specs, these have an inflated overall diameter of 25.94", compared to the 26.3" of the 265/35-19 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's.

so for us not tire savvy does that mean they will fit an m3 without rubbing?

they are supposed to mount flush, and no spacers needed

Andy,

We have the VR G2 in 20 - 11.0 +29 rear, which we have been told by japan that the 305/25-20 tire will work perfectly, even with a slight drop.
