The Wolf ! All cleaned up with Optimum No Rinse and Sonax.

It'll be one year of M3 ownership on Jan 30th! I still look back every time I park. And sometimes just stand in the garage and stare.

I'm still amazed after (almost) a year...
- how much I love the sound of the engine
- how confident the car makes me feel around corners
- how fast it can bring home groceries

Yup. Same here. Still feel it. Not SSII (Jerez Black), but same feeling here. Never gets old.

A couple of months back I was driving over to the shop to drop my track car off for some work, and my wife was driving the M3 over around the same time to pick me up. I came up behind an M3 and thought, wow, what a nice looking car, I don't see many around my area. Then spotted a woman driving it, and thought, hmm, even rarer. Of course about a second later I put two and two together.

I'm in Greer. There's a group of us in the Upstate, so if you ever want to for a mountain drive, let us know if you are in town.

I absolutely love my car!

Everytime I look at it or start it up, it feels special!

It's truly a privilege.

Sounds good. I've spent plenty of time upstate and much prefer the curvy roads you guys have up there. Pretty boring here. I have also been wanting to do a Blue Ridge Parkway drive. I've done it a bunch of times in an SUV with my family and always longed to do it in one of the M3's I've owned.

Its coming up to 5 years since I bought my M3 and I don't that often have that thing any more. But what hasn't wore off is that every time I get out of it after a hard drive I think "damn that is a hell of a great car to drive".

This was the last big one we did:
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=867489

I'd like to organize a weekend trip up there and stay somewhere overnight. I think it would be good fun.

We know some amazing roads in the Brevard NC area, but I'd definitely to explore further.

The look-back after park is classic. Try walking backwards while staring at it. The looks I've gotten while doing this are hilarious
