What should sit in the toolbox?

Just seen a M3 for sale and the toolbox looked a little bare (as seen in the quick pic I took of it). Its a BMW approved used car so I have no doubt they will fill in the gaps if I eventually do invest, but just wondered whether the M3 gets the full assortment of tools? The salesperson said it just needed a screw driver as 'the other tools don't come as standard on the M3.'

Here is what was in the box:

Thanks.

Same with my 2013m3 only comes with tow hook and screw driver that should sit next to the tow hook.

Garage List
when i picked up my ED, it was just the hook and screwdriver, so ED is no different. that tray may be used for other 3 series. isn't there a 3 series that requires some sort of allen wrench to unlock the gearbox under the shift boot for a tow if the power is out (no battery at all)?

Thanks for your reply guys.

Been reading around other forums and posts and it seems there is also the possibility of a wrench and a manual sunroof opening handle. As I am assuming that the M3s have a CF roof this is not needed. The wrench seems to be missing from most cars too.

There should be:
- emergency sunroof crank
- open ended wrench
- screwdriver

in addition to the tow hook and wheel lock key.
