KWV3s-Issues? Updated Versions? Feedback? Owners chime in...
Hey Guys,
KWV3 owners, do you guys have any issues with your coils? I've been reading about issues with reported noise issues coming from them like a "chrip" or squeak. Did KW release an updated version of the V3s that addressed this issue? I am in the market for a solid, well manufactured set of coils for my soon to be e92 M3. I don't plan on tracking my car, primarily street use only. I know the V3 line because I had them on my IS-F and loved them. Didnt have them on the car long enough (2k miles) to experience any problems. Let me know what you guys think! |

I've had mine on for only 5k miles, but no squeaks. I looked into this as well as there may have been a couple cases, but it doesn't seem to be an issue if they are installed properly.

You can't go wrong with KW3s. I had them on my old M3 for 60000 mlles before one finally blew. A little pricey but a good setup. I opted for H&Rs this time around since I had them on my Z4MC and they had a much better ride/feel on that car.
