To the OP, if you are willing to ship you can get large boxes from U-Haul that hold two wheels/tires in each. Then just take the two large boxes to Fedex for the cheapest shipping option.
If you weigh them in advance and take measurements of the box you can get a quote online also. |

Are you aware of any necessary equipment to "sync" the TPMS devices in these wheels with a new car?

As long as you have the right part for the right year vehicles, you just need to reset the TPMS in the car. You don't need any special equipment.
