Do you think I can trade in?

I have 09 Alpine white Z4 35i DCT fully equipped only without park assistance, bought it for $43K when it had 7kmiles on it.

I know I was so stupid to do this but it was a lemoned vehicle and I did not really see that I would want to change my car in the future.

The reason it was a lemoned vehicle was it had HPFP problem which almost every Z4s with n54 engines.

I am the third owner and the car now has 12k miles on it.

I have called one of the dealers and he said he would trade in for $33k range cars.

Do you think I can trade in with 08 DCT M3s with my Z4+$3k?

It will be best to just stay with it, but I just am so envied with those V8 sounds,,,
