V1 Connection for iPhone available

For those of you with the Valentine 1 and an iPhone, the V1 connection is now available. I'm going to order it and try it out.

Is that just an app software on the iphone to visualize real time V1 data or some kind of physical connector to the V1 or both ?

I think you need to buy the Bluetooth for 49.00 that communicates to the Iphone.

^^ yep. App is free to DL but you need the bluetooth adapter. It gives you a fair amount of options.

It will work with all V1's but to get the full capability you need a V1 with ESP (Look under the volume dial).

Works only with V1's that have ESP (latest versions) as well as iOS 6+. The V1C LE is for iPhones, the plain V1C is for Android. Make sure you get the right one.

Not true. As I said previously, it will work with all V1's but to get full capability you need a V1 with ESP.

Compatibility

This app is compatible with Apple iOS version 5 or higher and will operate on the following devices:
•iPhone 4S and up
•iPad 3rd Generation and up
•iPad mini
•iPod touch 5th Generation

V1connection LE works with all V1s, but its full capability is available only from V1s with ESP. (Check for the ESP logo on the front panel below the Control Knob.) On pre-ESP V1s, or when using a pre-ESP Concealed Display or Remote Audio Adapter, your handheld will serve as a wireless remote display of all of V1's front-panel warnings, but other functions and screens are unavailable.

Ok, I stand corrected. For full features get the latest. Earlier versions will have partial functionality.
