FS: Advan TCIII's with Hankook RS3's

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Wheels are SOLD.

Tires are still available if anyone is interested just PM me.

_________________________________________________

I just bought these wheels/tires, and I really like them, but they are very similar to my TE37SLs which I like a little better.

So I am selling them after being on my car for a couple days and about 30 miles on them.

I paid $3825 for the setup which is:

F - 18x9.5 +22 with Hankook RS3 255/35 tires. No TPMS. Cool blue valve stems instead

R - 18x10.5 +25 - 285/35 tires

I will let these go for $3500 shipped anywhere in the lower 48. Shipping will be around $200 for me so I am taking a $500 hit. I think that is a very fair deal for someone that is in the market for these.

So don't PM me some crazy lowball offer. I will not bother responding.

LMAO. Thanks

It's a disease but until you can rent wheels or go to a store and 'try them on', I will probably continue to do things like this that make no financial sense. At least I have kept the same car for three years!

Very nice pricing!

If only I did not drop so much cash already with just 2 months into the year...

Best of luck!

Are the front tires actually 255/35 or is that a typo and you meant 265/35?

No they are 255s. I had to make sure they would clear the KW spring because the Advans were +22 offset whereas the Volks are +15.

Gotcha.

FWIW, my Volks are +22 and 265s fit without issues. Not sure if fitment changes between the V3s and the Clubsports though.

I fit 275s with ET25 wheel on my clubsports.

Wow. There must be a hair's width between the tire and the spring. From what I have heard, V3's have more room than Clubsports. With my +15 Volks and 275 tires, I can get my fingers around the top/back of the tire but my finger are touching the spring. I don't know how much clearance you really need. Someone said if you can fit a business card between you are ok but that seems to tight to me.

It also of course depends on the width of the wheel.

Stalker were you running a 9.5" wheel with a +25? I tried a 10" wheel with +25 with 265 on the front and it was pressing against the spring so hard the wheel wouldn't roll if I tried, when the car was on jacks.

Bump for a great seller. Finally got my Apex wheels on this weekend. Love them!

I will wait now for your next set of wheels that you will sell a week after buying them. Can we place requests (HRE)?
