Informative. Thanks for posting. I guess we should be on the lookout for spyshots soon, if indeed this info is solid.

Someone mentioned before that if the E92/E93 facelift
was gonna happen that we would already see spyshots
of them but IMHO I think January is too soon.
I think we will see them sometime late March or
April... Ill be definatly on the lookout to see
whats going to happen....

Facelift is only for the non-m 3 series. The m3 coupe should get updated tails for 2010.

The thing is that the M3 has a different body Vs the E92/E93.

As already was mentioned, it's so difficult to make speculations, but there should not be mayor exterior changes...

The BMW rep at the NY Auto show told me that they are pushing all 2010 M5 to V8, I doubt they would do anything th enhance the m3 performance wise.

Can you please be more specific? Will it be for the new //M5 or will they do it to existing body styles as well?

i think bmw will have to do something to the new m3 cause its not doing that well in the segment is once easily dominated/ the new rs4 shouldnt help.

Twin turbo 8 I believe. Something similar to new X5/X6-M. On the next model.

I would like to see an optional front bumper like the one on the GT2. The lower portion of the middle is black.

Yeah, it kind of looks like a GT-R except I think the M3 makes it look better!

Hadn't seen that, thanks for posting. Looks like very minor changes so far (nothing that would effect the M3). We'll see if more gets tweaked in the coming months.
