Sure, they'll fit, but, Dubs are for dorks.
Seriously, that's a relatively mild change from stock. The only issue is offset of 20mm. But that is the offset of the winter set-up BMW recommends for the M3, so I can't see it being much of a problem.

i have one set of 20x8.5 et 20 and 20x9.5 et 20 wheels from my friend's 530. i will try to install it this weekend. post some pix later
