Should I accept this offer or shop around more?

Hello,

New member here,
I was shopping around my local dealers, and the best deal I could find for my new M3 Coupe was following..

09 M3 Coupe

Alpine White
Black Leather (Non Extend)
Carbon Fiber Leather int Trim
Premium PKG
Tech PKG
M-DCT
Heated Front Seat
Premium Sound
USB, IPOD
PDC for Rear

MSRP $70,925.00

but my dealer offered me $69,000 + Tax & License fee
so Total $74,752 after all.

What do you guys think about this deal?
Should I accept or shop more?

Thanks!

my dealer doesn't even want to talk about selling 2009s. however, they are selling at very close to invoice when i stopped in last. since the new BMWFS deals. they've been calling all day.
