Bubbled Tint.....agh!
I just picked up my car today from having the windows tinted. On the inside top edge of the rear window, there are little bumps, that make the tint look whak.
Is there a way around this? has anyone else had this problem? What the hell are those bumps for anyway? |

I had the same bubbles, its normal since the car has little ridges and the tint wont adhere properly, I've heard of using a blow dryer while the work is being done or being super cautious, but every BMW I've seen has them.

I believe some tint shops will sand down the dot matrix pattern to achieve better adherence.
