Can one get ED Invoice w/o going to Europe?

The best price I have gotten so far is 1,500 over ED invoice for a US delivery E92. I don't have time to go to Europe right now. Besides, if I couldn't drive the hell out of the M3 on the autobahn, whats the point? Break in period is 1200 mi right?

E90 M3: ED MSRP: $51,010; ED Wholesale: $46,930
E92 M3: ED MSRP: $53,800; ED Wholesale: $49,495
E93 M3: ED MSRP: $61,845; ED Wholesale: $56,895

Short answer - No.

Long answer, you can go for one day, sign for the car and come home right away.
Done.

ED is awesome, cannot express how much fun the trip was. I went on a thursday redeye to munich and returned on Monday afternoon and was able to cover 600 miles including the romantic road, nurinburing, frankfurt, etc.... got the car up to 145 mph on the autobahn (sorry mr. break-in note -> car is still working though! and didnt break the other rules, ie 5500 rpm + the SA in europe said go nuts, the car will be fine).

clearly your call, I'd do the ED again without the discount (will do a lot longer next time) but if you can really get those prices (sounds insanely low) dont worry about the tiny amount of money and just get it.

good luck!

For those who actually went to Munich, were you able to get the M3 for ED invoice?

1500 over ED invoice for a car not in the ED program (i.e. Regular US delivery) = loss for the dealer. That kind of deal isn't going to happen in anything than unusual and exceptional circumstances.

What's the best price one can get for ED if you actually go to Munich? I've seen 1000 over ED invoice with no haggling at all.

I actually was able to get my M3 for the ED invoice price. Send a pm to David06M3, he is a sponsor here and the internet sales manger at Russel BMW he will def be able to take care of you. You will have to go to Germany to pick it up though. Good luck.
