It's that time in life to buy my first house and the first casualty is the M3. This was the first Monte Carlo Blue M3 in the United States and I've had it since February of 2011.

It is in FLAWLESS condition, sans scrapes under the front bumper from rubbing (the lowered ride height causes this). I'm a professional detailer (www.eclipsisna.com) and have babied this car since I took possession of it. I wet sanded and polished the paint to remove the top part's orange peel, which improved clarity. It currently has a layer of Opti-Coat 2.0 on it, giving it excellent protection against the elements. There is not one swirl or scratch on the entire car.

Lease buyout (BMWFS): $61,641.15

Lease assumption (BMWFS): $1,002.96/month (12 remaining payments as of 02/13)

NOTE: $1,000 due to me for value of mods regardless of whether you buyout or assume the lease

My gosh, she's finally for sale. His detailing threads are absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure you can find a car that's in better cosmetic condition than this one to be honest. Beautiful car.

Apart from the house, what are you going to move onto car wise?

Updated the OP to reflect the removal of several mods including the Eisenmann Race and LUX H8. The out of pocket due to me has been reduced to what should be a more appropriate amount.

Very kind words W, thank you! I just ordered a Estoril/Beige M Sport 328i. It'll be beautiful no doubt, just doesn't have the power of the M3.

I am the new owner and car is on the market. Car is still mint, garage kept, hand washed, 32k miles. Now has Titanium Meisterschaft GT2 exhaust.
