Help with front spoiler scrapes
I recently scraped the undersurface of front spoiler. I don't want to do a repaint. It went through the clear coat and raised the clear coat. In terms of doing a touch up job, I was think of sanding down the raised clear coat and then doing a touch up job myself (the body shop I went to advised this). What grade sandpaper should I use? What touch up kit should I use? My vehicle is Jerez Black.
Thanks in advance! |

Honestly I wouldn't waste my time. It happens to everyone and it's probably barely noticeable. Just my opinion though

If it's not noticeable while looking at it from standing height, I'd just let it go. I had a similar mishap and had a body shop fix it and then 2 months later I screwed it up again. Driving a low car has its downsides unfortunately.
