Just Installed: RPi GTM Race Exhaust!

Hey everyone, I just got the RPi GTM Race Exhaust installed yesterday

This exhaust sounds INSANE!!! And the gains!!
Really doesn't get any better and I couldn't be happier

I had the RPi GT Axleback exhaust before, but I needed something with more sound and more power. Don't get me wrong, the axleback alone sounds great! Very clean and deep sounding exhaust, but I really wanted the race exhaust hahaha

So since RPi just released the GTM exhaust a couple of weeks ago, I saved up some mulla and ordered it from Eloy

The sound the GTM makes is just insane, I can't even describe it. It's so snarly, mean, and angry

You can hear it coming from a mile away and it snaps heads like no other hahah. I was driving today and actually had a guy compliment me on it and within 500 feet, I got another compliment from a different guy

The gains were noticeable immediately after the install, I was expecting to maybe lose a bit of low end torque but it got stronger throughout the entire powerband

Eloy is the MAN!!

so a few questions... i saw the video part where you had the windows rolled up at 3k rpm ... sounded pretty quiet - is it? will a female passenger (wife

) complain about the noise all the time.. or can I comfortably cruise (stay within 3-5k rpm) without driving her nuts all the time... also how loud is it when you first fire it up cold.. I'm slightly (not very) concerned about my neighbors early in the morning when I go to work....

I hate to say it, but its never "truly" quiet. At 3K its actually got a pretty good rumble going on unless you are cruising in 6th on the freeway. Its f'ing loud on cold start......hahahah.....you are almost certainly going to wake neighbors up if you are in a complex of some sort. Like I said in my review - this exhaust sounds insane, in a good way!! You can hear it really well in this video. With the windows down when you are hauling ass my ears were ringing after it bouncing off the mountain sides and back into car. Personally I absolutely love it but it IS NOT a quiet exhaust. It has NO CATS and is for "offroad use only" technically speaking.

The power gains are great from a butt-dyno perspective, I cant give real numbers since I have not dyno'd it yet. If you have concerns about noise, as much as I dont want to tell you not to get it, dont get it. Get the catback and you will be very happy! Perfect sound - no drone, loud when you want it to be and mellow when you dont.

Great video except for the part where they use air tools to tighten the bolts. Hard to watch that part.
