_________ Stage II software is sold as race only software and there is no guarantee you will pass any readiness testing. Some cars do and some don't. Sometimes we can raise the o2 sensor efficiency thresholds and you will pass. However, there is always the option of being flashed back to stock and put your cats back to pass emissions related tests.

It's not a big deal if you don't have all your mods done yet either.

I am not selling it. I will just leave it as it is and will not add any modifications to it that's all.

I'd like to know about "awaiting Mike's response in ref: to nys insp readiness" as well.

UPDATE:
Guys, Despite Disruptv’s effort to get this started and our best efforts to get it going, it looks like we've been unable to muster up the necessary number of people to get this GB in order so I thought we'd take a different approach. I contacted Mike about this and he has shown interest accommodating the few people that have committed to doing this mod. The plan is to move forward with the 5 or so members who are definite. Mike is willing to still offer us a discount, which would of course be based on the number of people we do have and would be totally up to him. He'd carry out the tune upgrades by sending someone to us or possibly having us go to an authorized location...which will be totally up to him. We would plan on carrying this out in the next two weeks (three, at the latest for me at least otherwise I would have to go it alone). If everyone is on board and confirms ASAP, we will shoot for two weeks (Sat or Sun June 26th or 27th). If not, we go for week three July 3rd. The definites are listed below: Please confirm ASAP on what week works best for everyone but lets push for two weeks! Originally Posted by disruptv Definitely Down: 1. Disruptv 2. Leozap 3. Sorry for the slow response. I am leaving for Tahiti tomorrow morning for about two and a half weeks. If you guys want to have the event during that time, that's fine - just email me and let me know and I will make all of the arrangements. If you guys want to do it on an individual basis that's fine as well. Thanks! Mike mbenvo@gmail.com <-- fastest way to get a response

We're close to being able to tune the 2011 cars... Basically BMW changed the software and incorporated "tunerlock" programming to prevent tuners from modifying the factory code.
