Best SA

Hey guys,

I will soon have to take my car for the very first time for a service.

I want to ensure it gets the proper attention and loving care...

Can you advise the best SA in the Dallas area?

Victor, and Michael Fraser at Bmw of Dallas. Ask for Michael Fik at your tech. By far best group, and good friends.

I second that. Fik is a good guy with some work experience at IND.

I've taken my car to BMW Dallas for service the past two trips, I prefer them over Classic.

Thanks for the kind words! I still haven't seen your M3 on my lift yet though!!! I did see one not too long ago that someone was working on... It had gov/NATO plate, was that yours?

I just got done with some extensive work at BMW Dallas (valve gaskets replaced and evaporator replacement) and Richie H. treated me pretty well. So far the car hasn't fallen apart and he was pretty prompt in giving me updates. I'll be honest, the service I get at BMW Dallas is polar opposite to Classic (maybe I just had the wrong SA at Classic, I dunno).
