The color was quite stunning in person. It's a brand new 2013 Boxster S roadster, just broken in also.. I believe the color was Aqua Blue.

nice report, thanks for sharing, looked like a great time. It is an extremely scenic place to drive, and if you like fresh seafood, it's a bonus! The Boxster is Sapphire Blue by the way.

Two questions about the 981S. Is that Aqua Blue or Sapphire Blue Metallic? Secondly, is it running PASM or the more aggressive Sports Suspension?

that dragonfly on your grill is a sign... gotta hit the "Dragon" in NC one day.... 11 miles of 317 turns or so....

We did go to the dragon last year as a group but Mike didn't make it. The Skyway was really nice!

I confirmed with the owner of the Boxster S the color is indeed Aqua Blue Metallic

haha yes.. I'm extremely picky about who i drive with and that trip had too many "questionables." maybe if we do it again with the same group I'm down =)

hence my comment..

we were not "dicking" with them. they were being absolute dicks to us.

it's ok though.. I heard the US agents are even more dicks to Canadians trying to cross over. so it's some power game they are playing with each other and we are the cattle.
