Got it this tue. Open it at 12:00pm wed. Just bought from valentine one to drive back home to CA. I like my passport 9500ix better. Looking for local sale only which i will be in orange county CA this sat and leaving back to san jose CA. I have box and evrything came with it. Meet up with cash only no paypal. $400 not even penny less. I can just drop it in the mail for full refund which is $399 from valentine one. 4085089339. Buying a brand new unit vs. buying yours (very slightly used but still not a virgin unit) is only 20 dollars different (FedEx 2-day shipping fee) so I think it'll be easier for you to return back to V1.

I'll not lowball you but for any reason, if you decide to lower some what, please let me know. I'm in Irvine. Thanks!

Thanks for not low baller how do know for sure the unit u buy directly from valentine still virgin since they offer trade in? There is chance you still get used unit but with updated

They sell retuned items (from their 30-day full refund policy) for 10% less.

If you call them, and ask for those, they'll sell it to you 360.00.
So technically, if you return yours, V1 will sell it for 360 for your unit + all new accessories. =D

Just return it and get you loot back. That's your best option i'd say.
