Buttonwillow 10.20.2012 Pics
I just wanted to share some pics of my second track experience. Meeting other friendly trackers made it an even more fantastic experience. Until the next time!

I knew you'd be hooked. How do you like Buttonwillow compared to Fontana?

Great meeting you out there this Saturday! Sorry I didn't reply to your text, was busy all day then didn't want to reply now in case I'm texting too late at night. Hopefully I'll be seeing you again soon!

The VF620 delivered flawlessly in the straight runs as usual. It demanded the BBK to eat the pads well at the straight ends. Also, I did try a 50/50 mix of 91/100 octane liquids this time.

IMO Buttonwillow was definitely more enjoyable than Fontana due to the multiple turns and slight elevation changes. My fear factor was higher at Fontana (150 mph+ and solid concrete barriers) probably because it was my first track experience. Quote:
Likewise! Don't forget I have a raincheck on your M3 ride. |

Didn't make it. Hopefully that will change after some time frees up after SEMA.
