Alpine white without High gloss?

I am about to order a white beast with the cf roof and cant decide on the ridiculously priced high gloss trim. Where I live water is pretty hard and it leaves marks on the high gloss trim (I have it on my X5) when the car is washed. Does anybody have a picture of a white M3 without it? From what I've read it does more justice to the darker colours. Please give an opinion...

p.s. thank god the standard trim is not chrome but matt black

Although, high gloss shadoline is ridicously priced I have still specced it on my white car. Interested to see any pics without. Gonna have a look thorugh the official alpine white thread.

i will receive my car end of next week.

It is exactly what you are looking for : AW without high gloss ... a lot too expensive, and not a mandatory option as per my view.

But be sure for the standard trim, i personally don't like it (and you see it all the time when you drive)

I have choosen carbon trim, and extended palladium silver.

I will post pictures if you don't found any ... still one week to wait !

Please do that. I have gone for the carbon on the interior too. The only good option from the standart choices. Dont wanna wait a month extra for the piano individual.

I must have a decent dealer as he advised against ShadowLine because of the very reason that it's difficult to keep looking right.

On another point I have been checking Autotrader and the likes and SMG versions of the last M3 don't sale as well because they value is no better than the manual car. So if you are considering a MCT car remember this when it comes to selling as that extra £2590 that BMW are charging may be money you mightn't see in return.

What's gloss option??

I thought the option was just "alpine white". Any info on this?

How much is the option there? It's standard in the US; no choice.

We get sc**** badly in Europe over car prices. Looks like its the same way for the options
