Pretty nice

Not exactly my flavor but I do like them. I don't like rice at all and they may be a touch ricey, but they also look racy and high performance as well. They would also be cool because you would have something more unique. HREs are nice but heck 1/2 of the really nice BMWs have them.

Seems like a bit of superiority complex going on by all those dissing them so strongly...

I dig it but I wouldn't do it on my car. It has the racy and look at me appeal. The style doesn't flow too well on Hondas and Acuras because they end up trying too hard to be a race car. It looks great on the Ferrari because Ferrari is a race car but I don't know on the M3. It's your preference

True, especially on a FXX, a pure breed racecar.
I'm still debating whether to get them after reading all the mixed opinions, and really appreciate those inputs. I need to decide quickly since those wheels are limited edition, and will stops production real soon. Hard decision for me

It looks great to me, I guess it would appear to the sporty type not the luxury type!

I think they look great! Get what you like. Do they have an anthracite or dark silver with the red accent? That might look nice too.

Do you really think you can get the width AND offset right (perfect) before anyone puts their hands on the car to check?

you can get them from any vendor that deals with mackin industries as they are the importer for volk wheels.. they look great and are def one of the lightest wheels available, besides volk re30's or geting a magnesium wheel.. to all the haters and the ones knocking them.. get a reality check volk makes some of the best wheels period.. those wheels are forged monoblocks probably stronger and lighter then any of you running your mouths have.. so to the originally poster they are great you cant go wrong with them.. some may not like the look but dont let them discredit volk, bc they are stuck in jdm hating mode..lol some of the best aftermarket parts for bmw are made by japanese companys... ohh and i plan on picking up a set of re30's for the track for my 335, 17 pounds a rim.. tell these haters to see if they can go lighter then that from dpe or iforged..

I'm in contact with David@horsepowerfreaks.com for these wheels, still deciding whether to get them though. One of the thing that stops me is mentioned above, the width and offset. But I know these wheels are so-called "2006 limited (time attack) edition", and they're stopping production soon.

You can try contacting David about this, he's been real helpful and reply really quickly to emails.

+1. Not my cup of tea, but do what you like. It seems to be an Asian look that doesn't go with a German car, IMO.
