I was under the impression that Michelin did not make PS2 run-flats yet on their website the have PS2 zp's?

They do make a runflat (ZP in Michelin jargon) version of the PS2. It is only in a limited selection of sizes, and not the normal M3 sizes. The 18's you could come close 245/40 and 275/40, but I wouldn't recommend it. Runflats are a hard ride even when the car is intended for them, and they tend to be pretty brutal if the suspension design didn't account for them.

There's also a very good reason that BMW's equipped with run-flats have wheels that weigh 25-28lbs a piece in 16 and 17" sizes. The funflats transfer quite a bit more force to the wheel through the sidewall than a non-runflat tire, especially when they're actually flat, and that requires a much stronger and heavier wheel design to achieve the reliability the OEM requires.
