Will a Rogue pulley kit for 2008 DCT work on a 2008 6MT?

It seems like there's just an additional pulled if you have DCT. So can you just use the 1 pulley on the 6MT & skip installing the other pulley? Or are both parts completely different?

Crank pulleys are identical, 6MT models produced before 6/08 will need the 1-pulley system.

Ok thanks, so if you have the 2-pulley system ordered for an early '08 DCT, will the crank pulley from that kit work on an early '08 6MT? And is the belt the same?

There is no 2-pulley system for pre 6/08 models, only the crank pulley is needed. For DCT models, the 2-pulley system is needed.

There's no reason to run the P/S pulley on early 6MT models since there is zero performance gain doing do. The change was implimented since later models uses a slightly different tensioner/routing system, and double ribbed belt.

As long as we know your production date and transmission type in advance, we'll get you the correct kit the first time.

Okif you have an early '08 DCT and ordered a kit like 6 months ago, would you have got the 1-pulley or 2-pulley system shipped at that time?

DCT & post 6/08 6MT setups were only released a couple of weeks ago and consist of 2-pulley systems. If you ordered 6 months ago, you definitely have the 1-pulley system which is intended for pre-6/08 6MT models.

To further clarify:

pre 6/08 6MT (not for DCT) - 1 pulley system, including belts
post 6/08, including all DCT models - 2 pulley system, including belts

Ahh thanks for your patience Tom. I think the confusion comes from the fact that we are Euro spec down here & we got DCT like a year ago. So the DCT guys here must have been ordering the old single pulley system then if they ordered a while back.
