You'll have better luck seeing pictures of the BMW Performance Mk. I spoiler on e90post.com, as our cars come with an OEM lip spoiler that few people are willing to replace with this one. More people on this forum (myself included) have opted for the Mk. II spoiler.

I would think that the spoiler would be perfect on a E90 M3 - it is after all perfect on "ordinary" E90s
Have a look at remmibs E90 - the guy knows how to photograph too.. *New pics with the CF spoiler on* *** First Photoshoot of 2009 ***
