Changing wheels and need spacer assistance!

Hi all,

I am selling my AluFelgen SF-71 rims and replacing them next summer with ZCP wheels. The AluFelgens had a much more aggressive offset and I want the ZCP wheels to sit the same way.

AluFelgen... 8.5" front ET 15, 9.5" rear ET 20
ZCP... 9" front ET 31, 10" rear ET 25

I used this site http://www.rimsntires.com/rt_specs.jsp to compare the two sets of wheels and it says the ZCP will be 11mm more tucked in the front and will sit the same in the rear.

So, if I wanted them to sit the same as the AluFelgen, should I be looking at a 12mm spacer in the front? Makes sense to me but wanted to confirm before spending the money on one. I suppose there is room to go 12mm in the rear too... thoughts?

For an agressive stance with the 359 wheels, go with 15F/12(12.5)R. Here's my car with 12.5mm spacers on all 4 corners.

Do they stick out past the fender at all with 12.5mm spacers? It's hard to tell in with the pictures.

OK one other question... if someone likes the rears as is (and didn't want to deal with the issues presented by 5mm and 10mm spacers), would it throw the balance of the car off to only put 12.5mm on the front and leave the rears stock?

To me, the fronts are way too tucked OEM but the rears are better. A 12.5mm on the rears may be a tad aggressive for my taste. I'm thinking of maybe 12.5 on the fronts and leave the rears OEM. Problem is, I don't know what, if anything, that would do to the overall handling and balance of the car? Would it push the rears towards oversteer with the wider front track?
