Have you checked on the weight of BBS LMR's? They are not light weight. Probably about the same weight as VMR wheels. It's ironic that you would site weight as your concern about VMR and turn around and recommend another wheel with similar weight. Don't get me wrong, I love BBS wheels and would much prefer any BBS over a VMR wheel.

I think I'd prefer a silver color wheel looks best on Space Gray, but a darker gunmetal color works for now:

also your weight may vary. my vmr v710s in 19x9.5 et22 are 28lbs on my pelouze scale. thats why i just picked up a set of apex ec-7s today.

My personal favorite is a Brushed/Bright machined finish with clear coat. A good color contrast and a clean look in my opinion.

Case and point

Agreed! I'm running Morr vs8.2 in brushed silver but soon changing it up to satin black as I miss the black theme I had prior on my SG

When it's time to get wheels, I'm most likely going to go with ZCP's in Chrome Shadow finish (same as E39 M5 and 18" E46 M3 wheels).

Definitely different, and I think it'll look great on my Sgraph. Alternative would be a brushed aluminum finish on non-OEM wheels

You should go with standard ZCPs, always wondered how it would look on my car!

I love to have those on my car, I know they be a shore to clean, then that would be the fun part for me

They are Alpina wheels, I am told they will not fit on the M3 ... may just have to make my next toy an Alpina with those wheels just kidding

Any of you wheel manufacturers have something similar in your arsonal ????

It'll most likely start as silver. However, I'm only slightly modding my car at this point as I'm looking for an SUV. But I'll go in this order:

FL taillights
CF diffuser
OEM ZCP or MORR 8.2

Sad I know.

I was only making reference to the color, not the wheel itself, which is heavier than what I would want. Seriously, if I am going to spend over $1k per wheel, it better save at least some weight.
