Whistling?

I'm not sure if this is normal. My car has always had this since I picked it up, but I notice, that even on light throttle, there's a "whistling" noise. The car pulls extremely hard, and even more-so after the Test Pipes & Stage 2 Software, so, I don't think it's a leak though?

Anybody have any insight on it? Happens upon part throttle, and I would assume it happens over heavier throttle too, but, my exhaust/intake must drown it out?

I have a Macht Schnell Stage 2 Intake also, but, I've had this whistling even prior to the install of the Intake.
