But he "Had to sacrifice social life and pretty much anything fun and exciting to work my ass off and save money." I'm guessing that's the secret formula to buying a new house and a $60k+ car at the age of 21 while still being in college. What an honest role model we have here.

I suppose he had a side business whilst in college (hopefully, a legit one), which then begs the question of why even bother with a degree since that business must be at least mildly successful to be able to afford a new house and $60k+ car. If this is the case, the diploma has little to no value (other than for one's ego) since the point of a diploma is to open doors, and it seems like OP's doors are already pretty wide open.

BTW, I vote for used Cayman S.
