That is very true. Although they are not responsible for Eisenhaus' doing, ethically they are in on this. Just like how ACS actively tracks down ACS replica wheels and destroy them.

I find it F'd up that many vendors on here have come clean stating that they severed ties with eisenhaus "some time" ago...but yet failed to notify any of their customers. Thanks alot guys for just sitting back and watching them rip people off around here.

Big to all those vendors that suspected something, yet just sat on their asses and to Eisenmann that obviously did nothing all of this time that the "fake" products were plastered all over the eisenhaus website and all over various boards and only now decided to take action. Who knows how long they were aware of the problem and just let their "US distributer" get away with it.

Luckily for our members IND was willing to share this info, they could have easily just sat on their asses like the others...and taken over distribution rights, and members would have accepted it as some BS takeover, possibly never realizing that they were ripped off to begin with.

He said he had no idea where they were made
He said that eisenmann and eisenhaus made the Miesterchaft line and now that they are no longer doing business, eisenhaus has carried on the line

that's not fair dude. Although I'm all for Eisenhaus getting punished to the fullest extent allowable by law, you can't fault someone for settling the case. If Fraggy doesn't mind the product and feels that the compensation provided to him is enough to compensate for Eisenhaus' deceit, that's his/her choice to make.

Having said that, I really hope the authority will prosecute Eisenhaus in the criminal court.

If he is happy with the product that he received, and satisfied that they "refunded" the difference b/w what he got and what he paid for then that should be alright.

My concern is that they will not "refund" you fairly. Do not settle for a crap amount.
