missing a piece from my intake need a part number

#7 appears to be the filter based on the description, "Element"

I'd go with #8

That part is not there. The #7 seems to be the air filter, and #8 the inlet duct. You'll have to call somebody (Tischer?) to confirm before buying the wrong part. It could be that such part comes as part of the inlet, but doesn't show in the picture. But you should demand that the idiot dealer that left it off to get it for you. That part is the hardest to reassemble when putting the housing back together. Good luck man.
