Just Recieved One More Laguna Seca Blue M3 Coupe Production Number!

Hey M3 Post -
Thought you guys might be interested - I just recieved one more production number for one more Laguna Seca Blue M3 Coupe. The first one went to the east coast - and maybe this one will end up on the west coast!

from the pictures of the 1st LSB m3, i think its a really nice color! u should have no problems getting a buyer for this car.

Any type of special paint would be $5,000 extra - but I'm sure I could work out a color such as Electric or Imola red

For whomever buys this M3, be prepared for some possible crazy reactions from people.

Even though I've only had my car since late November, I've had at least three rather strange incidents. On another forum, some loser started a thread (two days after I picked up my car) claiming he owned my car and started answering questions people asked him. On another thread, someone claimed his boss owned my car and that he had sat in it. LOL! And about four weeks ago, I'm parking my car at work and a fellow BMW owner, that I don't know, walks across the lot, gets all bug-eyed and compliments me on my car, and says something like "Next time you're at Building 12, if you need someone to sit in your car, let me know." I also add that the color still looks fantastic to me, and that Will was a great CA to work with.

i think you should order one with a 6 speed now, since the other one is a dct, LSB is a popular color among hardcore bmw enthusiasts, and i think a 6spd would appeal more to them

Unfortunately, because it wasn't ordered for somebody in particular - you have to make the car appeal to more people, and 90% of people want DCT - so that is what we had to order.

I'd be happy to order a 6 speed for somebody that wants one though!

It is a great color but it still costs $5K extra.

BTW, my dealer had no problem on getting an allocation for a Dakar Yellow M3 for me. I decided to postpone my order until this summer and go with space gray instead. It appears that BMWNA will build them as long as you pay the $5K. But may be knowing an insider or two helps as well......
