For those who got 625+ kits - did you or do you recommend changing rod bearings as part of the install?

I installed my 650kit first then put about 20k on it then just changed my rod bearings just in time before it was to late

It was pretty bad, I got really lucky. My car is a 08 and I did put the kit on at high miles.
