Bpm Stg 2 Vs. Stock

A friend and I did some pulls to compare Stock vs. BPM. The stock M3 is to the left I am with the camera mounted(BPM).

CAMERA CAR:
BPM Stage 2 Tune
MS Test Pipes
OEM Exhaust Modification (Straight Through)

STOCK CAR:
STOCK!!!!

Enjoy!

I like comparison videos like this with stock cars, but should list your mods and speeds that you ran. Should also put the camera in the slower car or change the vantage point if you keep it in yours....can't see how much you pull.

I like the idea of putting on the slower car. Maybe I can get another video in for you. I updated post #1 with the performance modifications.

I think you get a good idea of the pull of the start. It only gets worse! HAHAHA!

Nice vids...

What you should do next time is put the camera in the slower car, or give him like a two car jump and then catch up and pass

If these two cars have different exhaust set ups, then what is the point of comparison?? Even different tires can make a big difference.

Maybe he's just trying to show what test pipes and tune do vs a bone stock car? The car he was running either had the stock 19's to his disadvantage or the stock 18's which means equal everything.

It was quiet confusing by his wording. Make people think he is comparing different tunes with same mods by reading the title.

The M3 motor is great to begin with. I installed the test pipes and BPM tune and it gave the car a bit more grunt. It loves to scream! These are not turbocharged cars where you get big increases from a tune and bigger downpipe. Drive the car and try not to get so worked up over a comparison.

Yes pipes yield 25 whp. Tune extra 15. Total of 40. Of course the car will pull ahead.

Anyone else notice this looks almost identical to the vid posted in the recent thread of "BPM vs ESS Tune" thread?
