10 days now and still no customs release at the port for ED....what a drag. I might end up trading this one in before it ever arrives if it takes much longer........

I called the VPC yesterday and they forwarded me to someone who handles updates on the cars. I left him a message and he has yet to call back.
Either they don't give a sh!t or they are super busy. I'm hoping its the second one.

A thread about waiting for your ED car I read elsewhere said something to the effect of: ...When your car is taking a long time to come through, there is only one person who really cares... You! Exhale. Is it any comfort that we can all suffer together? (No.)

I'm hoping so too. Since you have some VPC parts that need installing, it might take another week. Same goes for me and damage .
13 days at the port as of today.

In all of the documentation it says 6-8 weeks.
The fact is, I'm 5 weeks (to the day) from the day I dropped it off in Frankfurt. It is frustrating to know it has been on hold for almost two weeks only 100 miles away. I need a Zen master to coach me on this.

Rep at Harms Frankfurt said 5 weeks when I dropped off my car, assuming my dealer is a few hours drive from the port.

As a distraction and in lieu of actual satisfaction of getting the car, did you ever run down the list the parts you have ready to put on? I have a list but I haven't bought anything yet: Turner: - Stainless Brake Lines - 12.5mm Spacers F&R - Euro light witch to get rear fog light - Perhaps wheel studs & nuts conversion Sigh.
