I have folded them in and out a bunch of times to try to make them line up with no luck. I've tried to manually force them also and they don't really move. Should I visit the dealership?

One of mine was perfect and one was even more misaligned than yours. I had it resolved at the dealer last month and now it's about 90% right (still slightly off but you have to stare and have OCD to notice now.)

Mine line up perfectly, but I remember a similar issue in my previous car (2006 e90 330i), also with power folding. I was gonna take it to the dealer but ended up manually forcing the mirror in place WHILE folding and unfolding. After that, I rarely used the folding option. It appears that the mirrors can misalign with use. Rarely use it on my M3 now. This is my experience and NOT a recommendation. Take the car to the dealer.

the dealership should be able to get it fixed. My 335's doors weren't perfectly flush and they fixed them.

My driver-side mirror is a tiny bit like that, passenger side lines up better. But meh, I got over that pretty quickly after first noticing.
