Just gauging interest as I'm thinking about switching out my Gintani axle-back for something more conservative. The exhaust has less than 1500 miles on it and is by far the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard for the M3. It's literally in brand new condition. $1800 + shipping/paypal.

I do love the sound and the power I currently have, but for an all-around exhaust I want something more quiet. The only reason I'm selling is because it's too loud, sometimes for myself and literally all the time for my neighbors. I already got a few complaints when I come home late at night!

Oh boy.

Hope this full catless set-up works out for me, since I absolutely love a loud & aggressive exhaust note.

I'll keep my fingers crossed nonetheless.

I'm sure you'll find a happy home for the exhaust, if you decide to sell.

Just a feeler, I may end up going with Gintani's HFC solution and see if that works for me

The HFC should make it a little more quiet but if you want to get rid of it, Gintani will be making a Sport exhaust soon...

Yeah, deciding between that or AA. I may end up going with Gintani because I trust them and know them much better.

So is it the lower RPM range that's loud? Maybe add another resonator (a la Dinan) and HFC?

The Gintani system uses two large resonators. I talked to Alex about installing a HFC (kind of want the smell gone + may help with sound) and the possibility of fitting another resonator there but I'll be doing the HFC first.
