The MSRP of your build is $73,095. The invoice is $67,795. Based on the incentives you are getting the negotiated price should be $64,545 + whatever the dealership rate above invoice is. This varies ($650-$1,500) depending on dealership and location. (parameter 1)

I know in NYS the tax is paid upfront, so part of the $4.8k is related to taxes. The other part is cap cost reduction.

Find out tax/capcost and create a spreadsheet to calculate your lease. The MF for Feb should be 0.0013 and the residual 62% for 10k. (parameters 2 and 3)

If your dealer is charging you more in any of these 3 parameters, I would get a quote from one of the forum sponsors. They have no-haggle straight forward pricing that are the best in the market.

GL w purchase.

Sounds about right i guess. I just ordered a 2013 fully loaded same as yours.. but i got a 6mt and the total cost after all the incentives etc was 68K. My deal is 3800 down (which includes first month payment) at $740 a month including NY tax for 10K miles per yer for 36 months.

IF you want an M3.. contact a forum member named Golfer or something like that. He offers super deals to forum members. I didn't use him because i have a dealer i am friends with here in my area.

Hope this helps. good luck.

Thanks for the info. Since I live in NY, will the person deliver it to where I live?? And which BMW dealer did you get your M3 from?

Member GOLFFRR works with one of the best M/// dealerships around. He is in California, but you can have it either delivered to your BMW center at a cost, of course, or delivered in the performance center in SC. I am doing PCD in SC in March.

Click on the "User CP" above right next to the two pictured White E92/E90 M3s. Then on the left hand side, go to Edit Options. From there, check the appropriate boxes to enable exchanging of PMs.

Did you have a trade-in? I cant get those numbers to work without the selling price being below invoice before incentives. Sounds like an awesome deal, congrats!
