Curious on what your thoughts could be..!
I'm reaching 100k in my 2009 on original bearings with oil change soon, and will start looking at trends over the next 24 months with oil analysis..
In fact I use to top up the oil 2k km after a change. But in the last one I didn't have to. The driving style has been a lot more sedate and cannot recall a lot of redlining or high rpm driving. I am not going to change bearings straight away. It will be something to do over the next 12-18 month. I will monitor the oil analysis over the next 10k km.

Hi Ladies and Gentleman

I’m excited to announce that DriveMasters car club has launched here in
WA!
It has over 2,000 members Australia wide and its exciting because all makes and models of performance cars are welcome to attend our events.
The focus is on creating a fun exciting car club full of quality people that’s free of politics and big egos.
Check out the DriveMasters Facebook page and become a member if you like what you see.
The next event in WA will be a breakfast run in March where we hope to get a good mix of car brands attending.

Cheers

Scott

Did you end up getting them done ? How did they look ?

Was up your way today on my bike and there was a real nice white e92 with black wheels and pipe work that came past me on the way up past St Hildas.

Sounded real nice and looked the part too, do you know the car ?

I do know the car, not sure who's it is. Going in on the 5th for bearings, was delayed.

Bearings in no particular order, came out looking better then expected. The copper wear on the leading edges is kind of weird though.

Cheers for the info,
did your Indy say whether the predominant wear was on upper bearings and lesser wear on lower bearings?

That wear doesn't look too bad actually and quite uniform which is also unusual. Thanks for posting the photos up.
