Performance Seat installation

I tried the search, but did not find the answer i am looking for...

When installing the Performance Seats, is there some sort of coding necessary for the seat airbags (which means the installation should be done by a dealership) or is it just a simple switch of the seats?
Any other possible problems one might face?

Has anyone done this and could provide some details on this?
