I have the Alpines 6000k and a friend has the GPs. The Alpines are rediculously bright. Cons, you have to runs some external wiring (simple install and reversible). GPs aren't quite as bright or white. They are difficult to see during the day. Pro, plug and play.

But their customer service sucks.
Mine have crapped out twice in a year. The first time, it took a couple weeks to get a resolution (bad ballast).
The most recent...I got a few e-mail responses trying to trouble shoot the problem...then nothing. No response in over a month.
After getting no responses to email queries, I finally pulled it and threw it in the trash where it belonged.

I like my AiB v4.0 a lot! Got them from EAS, great customer service from them.

Since you're in NYC you should go this route: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=723199

Some of the best headlight work I have seen on this forum. With the way headlight/front bumper lighting is evolving (Audi really leading the way) the ring replacement seems the best route.

If somebody knows a shop in the SD area that can do this kind of headlight work please let me know!

At first I wanted to go white myself but then I decided to have some fun and do some red ones instead.

Check it out:

Haha thanks for the kind words! I really only needed to wash them about once a week to keep them pristine, unless it rained or something of course. And this is my DD.

They are Strasse Forged SM8 wheels, 20x9 front and 20x11 rear. And (even better) they are for SALE! Check the link below if you or anyone you know might be interested

For those looking for the brightest/OEM-type solution, the AIBs are the way to go. Since we manufacture them in-house, they're always in stock.

Agreed I have them and love it!
