The fronts will fit no problem, the rears will fit if you run a 255/35r19 instead of the factory 265/35r19.

I just put my OEM 19" wheels on my moms 335ic and they look amazing!

Yes rubbing with the 265, no rubbing with the 255...plus a very light fender roll. Very minor.
