E92 M3 only lease / BMW Select deals?

Hey guys I just wanted to start a thread for the E92 only since it appears that all the models have VERY different rates. I know that E93's have great rates right now but I really want the E92. I have an E92 M3 on order right now but still not sure what financing direction to go. I really want to do BMW Select but if I have to I will lease. The numbers that my dealer is coming back with are not matching the numbers on here at all! So, I really need your guys help.

I am at an MSRP of 72k and a sale price of 67k (invoice). I want to figure out what I have to do to get my payments around mid 700's.

My MSRP is $71,775 and sale price is $66,200. I am doing BMW Select with $10K down plus paying taxes in cash of $2500ish (trades worth $30,000 so that saves alot in taxes) with beacon score over 700 which gives best rates and my payment is $550. Figure every $10K down will shave about $185 off payment so to be at $750 you shouldn't have to put much down at all. $4-4500 maybe?? If your beacon is less than 700 but over 675 you can add about $45 a month to your payment.

Hopes this helps.

Sales price of $62.5k msrp $67,500, zero down 36 months $860 including tt+l. This is "owners choice" financing which may be unique to TX. Essentially you don't have to pay sales tax twice if you purchase but you don't get the super low money factors.
