Yep, CW.

And, I think I like CW better.

In CCW, not comfortable yet at going full throttle down thru Turn 1.

Besides, in CW, drifting thru the skid pad (turn 15) is safer (since you wind up at beginning of a straightaway section that's wider), hence you're willing to experiment w/ drifting more there.

Plus, in CW, going down full throttle thru turn 10 is fun (whereas, going up thru turn 10 is not much of fun nor challenge).

Just my 2 cents.

I think full throttling down turn 1 compared to turn 10 is a lot safer...IMO.

Speaking of unsafe, in CCW, at the end of that back straightaway, if brakes fail or you simply just go in too hot into turn 9, ohhh pobresito...

Another vote for CW. Favorite part is coming over the blind rise at 10 with accelerator mashed

Tempted to attend this - couple of quick questions:

1. heard that willow is brutal on cars; apparently there is a gravel issue - true?

2. i have only ever been to one other track event. do i qualify or am i too inexperienced?

3. would i be good to go with a bone-stock M3?

4. any other pre-event tech inspection stuff that i would have to handle (e.g. brake fluid)?

5. helmet rental - left mine out of state. can't get it before the 31st ...

6. what sort beginner "instruction" is there? instructor in-car?

Not sure what you mean by gravel... just don't go off

2. i have only ever been to one other track event. do i qualify or am i too inexperienced?
Run beginner, and if it's too slow for you, go to intermediate

3. would i be good to go with a bone-stock M3?
Unless you're a pro, the car's limit won't be reached. Or unless you're like Ricky.

4. any other pre-event tech inspection stuff that i would have to handle (e.g. brake fluid)?
Depends on your car's status...

5. helmet rental - left mine out of state. can't get it before the 31st ...
$10 to rent, just mark it online

6. what sort beginner "instruction" is there? instructor in-car?
The free one, I think, is 1 in car session.
